In the last 24 hours, a total of 114,653 people were liquidated globally, with a total liquidation amount of $456.50 million, of which long positions accounted for 171.05 million and short positions accounted for 285.35 million.
In the past month, ETH has surpassed $4,700, reaching a new high since the end of 2021, with a seven-day increase of over 30%, far exceeding BTC's performance, and only a little more than a hundred points away from Ethereum's historical high of 4,871! Moreover, Ethereum is still relatively strong with no signs of topping out, so it's highly likely it's aiming for new highs.
Since I entered the circle in 2021, I have always had a special feeling for Ethereum. I vividly remember staying up late with friends to rush for NFTs, with gas fees often reaching dozens or hundreds. Although I don't hold much of the current spot anymore, some of it has also lost all value.
The more the market fears missing out (FOMO), the more one should carefully consider their trading strategy. It seems I need to start dollar-cost averaging again.
