On July 17, as soon as the $ERA event started, I joined within the first 10 seconds because I had set an alarm for it. I completed the task right away. This event was based on a first come, first served reward system.
When I completed the task, rewards were still available for around 59,000 participants. Within 30 minutes, all rewards were claimed—which is fine because I was among the earliest participants.
However, today (August 14), on the reward distribution day, I received nothing. This is very disappointing, especially when I joined almost instantly and completed everything successfully. I believe this is unfair, and I hope Binance can look into it and ensure fairness for all.
