🔸BNB HODLer Issue 31 Succinct $PROVE has greatly lowered the threshold for ZK (Zero-Knowledge Proof). I remember I previously explained that while ZK has extremely high security, its threshold was too high for widespread adoption.
@Succinct put it bluntly: Don't make it fancy, I'm bringing the threshold down to the floor!
It has a universal zkVM called SP1, which is somewhat like an all-purpose translator that can directly convert programs written in various programming languages like Rust and C++ into versions that can generate zero-knowledge proofs. Developers write their code and hand it over to the Succinct Prover Network—a decentralized “army of provers” spread across the globe—to generate the proof.
$PROVE is the governance token of the network, developers pay with PROVE, and provers receive money in PROVE. PROVE can also be staked as collateral, earning rewards for timely work and facing penalties for delays. Moreover, staking PROVE allows you to participate in voting and decide the future of the network.
In simple terms, what Succinct aims to do is make “verifiable computation” a standard feature of the Internet. In the future, cross-chain interactions, AI result verification, financial audits, and privacy computing... can all be achieved in this open, low-latency market.
The “Naval Almanack” says, “The world rewards those who solve problems,” and in my view, what Succinct is solving is a timeless challenge. I look forward to the widespread adoption of ZK in the future.
