After researching and scrutinizing it, I decided to write this post to alert and warn only (I am not telling you to sell what you own or not to buy) but you should read this post and think about all its content before making any decision.
The burn rate on the currency is 5% for each transaction, meaning that when you buy for $100, you will receive coins worth $95.
So at the moment of purchase, your investment loses 5%, and you need an increase of about 6.5% to return to the starting point, which in this example is $100.
Let’s assume this happens and you decide to sell when you reach your capital again (I don’t know how long this will take, but that’s not important right now). You will conduct a sale of your coins (meaning you will perform another transaction), and this means you will pay 5% of the coins you received again upon completing the sale, which means you will lose another $5!!!!! The final result of the investment, despite the price of the currency rising approximately 6.5% from your entry price, is a loss of 5%.
