On August 12, the exchange joined the global T3+ initiative created by Tether, TRON, and TRM Labs. The program has already helped block over $250 million in illegal assets, working together with law enforcement agencies around the world.
In the first joint case, Binance froze nearly $6 million related to a 'pig butchering' scam.
Since the end of 2022, the company claims to protect 7.5 million users and prevent damage amounting to $10 billion. Now, as part of T3+, the exchange plans to collaborate even more closely with the industry and enhance security for the crypto community.
