According to Mars Finance, on August 13, Gate Ventures announced a joint initiative with Solana Superteam UK and the Cambridge Blockchain Association to launch a cutting-edge program in Web3 (Open-web) & AI, aimed at promoting academic exploration in the integration of blockchain and artificial intelligence, and nurturing a new generation of innovative thinkers with a forward-looking vision. The program will provide funding support ranging from $100,000 to $1 million for university projects, including those at Cambridge University, as well as industry mentorship and deep connections to Solana ecosystem resources. With the support of leading institutions in the industry, this program will accelerate the implementation and development of research-driven projects such as blockchain infrastructure, decentralized finance (DeFi), and AI applications built on the Solana network.
