Nvidia and AMD Reach Special Agreement to Submit Revenue from China in Exchange for Export Licenses

According to reports from the American Consumer News and Business Channel (CNBC), the White House confirmed on the 12th that two American chip manufacturers, Nvidia and AMD, have agreed to a special agreement to submit 15% of their chip sales revenue from China to the U.S. government in exchange for export licenses for relevant products. The White House stated that this agreement may expand to more companies in the future. White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre said at a press conference that this type of agreement currently only involves these two companies, 'but it may be expanded to other companies in the future.'
