Court ruling requires Musk to respond to OpenAI harassment allegations

According to reports, a federal judge has ruled that Musk must face the allegations from OpenAI. The company claims that Musk has attacked it in court and in the media, constituting a "years-long harassment campaign." On Tuesday, a U.S. district judge dismissed a request from the world's richest man that aimed to clear one allegation: that he used legal actions, social media posts, and media statements as weapons to undermine OpenAI's success, all in an effort to gain an advantage for his generative AI startup xAI. The case is set to be heard in federal court in Oakland, California, in March next year.
