How I turned 500U into 50,000U
With 500U in the futures market, I reached 50,000U not by luck, but by four words: steady progress.
Many people enter the market thinking about doubling their money, but the result is either liquidation or their account hitting zero. On the contrary, I treated myself as a 'stealth operator' in the market—never engaging in unprepared battles and avoiding trades without a chance of winning.
Phase One: Diversifying and Experimenting, Protecting Capital First
At the beginning with 500U, I split it into 5 parts, each 100U, used for:
Trial trades: used to validate strategies, no loss is painful.
Trend following: only trade in strong, certain directions, never go against the trend.
Swing trading: wait for a pullback to key support and then buy low and sell high.
Defense: directly short to hedge when the market weakens.
Base position: hold onto it without touching, used to smooth overall volatility.
In the first two months, the account hardly grew, but the capital remained stable, which was the premise for later doubling.
Phase Two: Riding Trends, Doubling Positions
The opportunity came with the wave of $BTC breaking through the 60-day moving average on the daily chart.
I set up in advance in the area of concentrated chips, and after two large bullish candles surged, I decisively took profits in batches, which nearly doubled the account in a single trade.
Remember this: making money relies on trends, survival relies on discipline, and taking profits is always more important than being greedy.
Phase Three: Compounding and Accelerating
After the capital rose to 2000U, I started to moderately increase my positions, but never more than 30%, keeping 20% for defense at all times.
Trading relies on rhythm: entering must see signals in advance, exiting must restrain from getting attached. Earning 20%-30% at a time and compounding multiple times is much safer than making a single all-in bet.
From 500U to 50,000U is not a myth but a replicable trading model:
