The number of issued shares increased from 20.3 million to 30 million, with a pricing range of $32 to $33 per share, expected to raise about $990 million, valuing it at nearly $4.8 billion.
Large investors like Blackstone and ARK Invest plan to buy about $200 million in shares.
Revenue in 2023 reached a solid $302 million, with a net profit of $150 million, but recorded a loss of $349 million in the first quarter of 2025.
Lock-up period of 180 days, expected to be lifted in mid-February 2026.
WLFI raises $1.5 billion to build a token-holding public company 💰
World Liberty Financial (WLFI) plans to raise $1.5 billion, leveraging support from the Trump family to establish a public entity holding its token WLFI.
WLFI is in talks with tech and crypto giants, and the financing structure has yet to be finalized.
Having launched lending products and a USD1 stablecoin, it plans to use the token as a non-transferable governance asset in the market.
If successful, WLFI may become the first case to perfectly combine a treasury of crypto assets and a company holding tokens.
