1. Tokens for the 'buy on decline – sell on rebound' scheme
I selected those that are highly liquid, popular both in Asia and Europe, with large trading volumes and predictable volatility:
Top-5 universal coins
BTC — the basic market sentiment indicator, loved by all.
ETH — the second by capitalization, actively moves on news.
BNB — a favorite of the Asian market due to Binance.
SOL — popular among traders in Singapore, Korea, and Europe, with sharp impulses.
XRP — often 'shoots' on news about courts and regulations.
Additionally, if you want more volatility:
MATIC (Polygon) — often reacts to new partnerships.
ADA (Cardano) — a stable user base in Europe and Asia.
DOGE / SHIB — riskier, but provide quick impulses.
APT, SUI — newer L1, popular among traders in Asia.
2. Time for monitoring declines (according to Kyiv time, UTC+3)
Considering your goal — to buy during deep declines — you need to catch moments when:
A large session closes/opens (liquidity change).
News or data come out that create impulses.
Most frequent 'windows' for declines:
Time (Kyiv)/ Reason/ Market/
04:00–06:00/ Start of activity/ Japan, Korea — often a strong movement after night news/ Asia
06:00–08:00/ Hong Kong and Singapore kick in — more traders come into play/ Asia
09:00–11:00/ Start of the European session — merging orders after Asian movements/ Europe
15:30–17:00/ Cross of Europe with the opening of the US — volatility due to news/ USA/Europe
22:00–01:00/ News from the USA, end of the day — sometimes a 'night dump'/ USA/Asia

3. Time for selling after a rebound:
Here you need to look not only at the hour but also at the patterns:
After the Asian decline, there is often a rebound in the first hours of the European session (09:00–12:00 Kyiv).
After the European decline, growth may begin with the opening of the US (15:30–18:00 Kyiv).
If a token 'shoots' on news, the peak often lasts 1–3 hours, then profit taking begins.
4. Practical scheme for the day:
04:00–08:00 — monitoring night Asia: looking for strong declines.
09:00–11:00 — tracking possible rebounds after night declines, buying if there is confirmation of growth in volumes.
15:30–17:00 — second 'window' of volatility: possible sale or additional purchase on a new decline.
22:00–01:00 — final control before the night: sometimes there is an opportunity to lock in profits.
Advice from #Psy_Trade :
To avoid emotional decisions, you can create a tracking table for each token (time, percentage decline, rebound, trading volume). After 2–3 weeks you will have your own statistics showing the most advantageous times to enter and exit for your specific list of coins.
