SCA (UAE financial regulator) and Dubai crypto agency VARA signed a strategic agreement.
The goal is to unify cryptocurrency regulation throughout the country.
š¹ Now the license obtained in Dubai can be recognized in other emirates, but not automatically. Each company must pass the inspection (AML, availability, compliance).
š¹ This makes it easier to enter the UAE market: less bureaucracy, faster launch, uniform rules.
