Terraform co-founder Do Kwon pleads guilty in U.S. fraud case
Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has formally pleaded guilty in a New York court to conspiracy and wire fraud charges related to the collapse of TerraUSD and Luna—an event that triggered approximately $40 billion in losses in 2022. Sentencing is scheduled for December 11, 2025 .
