#TerraClassic Do Kwon has pleaded guilty to fraud charges related to the collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin, amounting to $40 billion.
A decision in Do Kwon's case will be made on December 11, 2025.
He stated that he would adhere to the agreement with the prosecution and that the signatures belong to him.
Do Kwon faces a maximum sentence of
12 years and will pay a fine of 19 million dollars.
