BounceBit Prime (also called BB Prime) is BounceBit’s institutional-grade yield product. It mixes real-world assets like tokenized U.S. Treasuries with crypto-native yield strategies, giving you “double-layer” returns in a single, seamless offering. You get the yield from stable, regulated assets plus exposure to arbitrage or derivatives trading—all managed under one platform.
Prime is built to be compliant, scalable, and transparent. It operates under a BVI Approved Investment Manager license and uses regulated custody, KYC/AML protocols, and on-chain execution through smart contracts.
What Makes It Work
Dual Yield Structure
You deposit capital and it’s split into two parts: one buys tokenized assets like BENJI or BUIDL (which track money market funds or treasuries, yielding ~4–5%). The other part gets deployed in delta-neutral crypto strategies (like basis trading or options), generating additional yield—sometimes double-digit returns. In one internal test using BUIDL, Prime delivered about 24% annualized return.
No Stablecoins Required
You don’t need to hop in and out of stablecoins. Prime directly integrates tokenized RWAs into both custody and yield models, simplifying your workflow and cutting counterparty risks.
