Such proposals generally appear during a bull market, and there is a high probability that they are aimed at approval.

I have previously advised everyone to position themselves in UNI between 8-10. For those who haven't entered yet, if there is still an opportunity in this range, buy boldly. I can't guarantee much more UNI, but there will definitely be a doubling trend at the very least. #uni
