theres not enough money or traders to do that also ETH has been hijacked by desperate people for money it'll crash once they all pull out

I am very curious why these altcoins that follow Ethereum cannot rise like Ethereum. After the pullback, Ethereum reaches new highs, but these altcoins haven't even touched their previous highs. Why is that?
