THE INTEREST IN XRP ETF SOARS TO HISTORIC HIGH.
Google searches show that there has never been such enthusiasm for the arrival of XRP on the New York stock exchanges.
Expectations for the approval of an exchange-traded fund (ETF) of XRP in the United States are on the rise.
And a sign of this is that Google searches for “XRP ETF” are at an all-time high, suggesting that there is an unprecedented enthusiasm for the arrival of these financial instruments on Wall Street.
Now, what are the chances that a fund for Ripple's cryptocurrency will hit the market? For Eric Balchunas and James Seyffart, analysts at Bloomberg Intelligence, one of the next cryptocurrencies to have its ETF is XRP.
“Our official odds for the approval of altcoin ETFs are out of the question. LTC leads with a 90% chance, followed by DOGE, then SOL, and XRP,” Balchunas detailed.
So far, the managers Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary Capital Group, 21Shares, and WisdomTree have submitted their respective applications to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The approval of these regulated products will give more visibility to the asset among more traditional investors, as well as attract greater liquidity to the Ripple Labs ecosystem.
Another point to consider is that ETFs simplify the entry of corporate and business capital, as their operation is very similar to buying a traditional stock.
Is it a good time to have XRP in your portfolio 💼? Do you think it's a long-term coin? I don’t know, it will all depend on your investment strategies, so it’s up to you to do your own research and execute what you deem appropriate.
I leave it to you, greetings from High Vibe 🪙👍🫡
