Fuce Financial Technology applies for Hong Kong VASP license to expand virtual asset management business

According to HashChain News, Fuce Financial Technology announced that its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary, "Fuce International Securities and Futures Limited," has officially signed an entrustment agreement with a well-known compliance consultant. This agreement aims to utilize the existing Hong Kong Type 1, Type 2, and Type 4 licenses as a foundation to apply for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, while also applying for a Type 9 asset management license, covering both traditional and virtual asset management businesses. The consultant will conduct a detailed review and assessment of the company's business model, risk management capabilities, and assist the company in preparing the relevant application materials and business plan to be submitted to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
