$TREE TREE is the new native utility and governance token of the Treehouse Protocol, introduced through a Token Generation Event (TGE) called Gaia on July 30, 2025. It is an ERC-20 token with a total supply of 1 billion, of which approximately 18.6% (~186 million) began circulating initially. TREE quickly became available for trading on major exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Coinbase, and several others. From day one, Treehouse activated the main utility of the token: Predeposit Chests, which allow token holders to stake TREE for a guaranteed APR of 50% to 75% over a 30-day period following the TGE. This mechanism, associated with Treehouse's Decentralized Offered Rates (DOR) framework, aims to bring a transparent and structured fixed-income infrastructure to decentralized finance while supporting the protocol governance and rate benchmark features.
