1️⃣ Go to Your P2P Order
Open Binance app → P2P → Orders → Find the exact trade.
2️⃣ Click “Appeal” or “Dispute”
Select reason: I have paid but the seller has not released the crypto.
3️⃣ Upload Proof
Upload this payment confirmation screenshot.
If possible, also attach:
Bank statement showing this transfer
Transaction ID/reference
Any chat history with the seller
4️⃣ Write a Clear Statement to Binance Support
Here’s what you can paste:
> “Hello Binance Support, I have completed the payment of Rs. 5,000 to the seller (Name: Yawar Aslam, Account ending 92112473) on [Date/Time]. Payment was successful, and proof is attached. The seller has not released the USDT. Kindly review the transaction and release the funds to me as per Binance escrow policy.”
5️⃣ Keep Order Open
Do not cancel the trade. If you cancel, Binance can’t help.
---
⚠️ This proof is strong because it shows:
The exact amount
The correct receiver name
The confirmation of success
If you want, I can also help you write a Binance Square post warning others about this seller so more people don’t fall for the same scam. That will also create public awareness and pressure.
Do you want me to prepare that warning post?
