Treehouse (TREE): Innovating 'decentralized fixed income' in DeFi

Treehouse Protocol emerges as a pioneering platform to establish fixed returns within the DeFi ecosystem, utilizing two key mechanisms: tAssets and DOR (Decentralized Offered Rate). When users deposit assets like ETH or stablecoins, they receive tAssets (for example, tETH) that generate built-in returns, automating optimization without the user having to manually search for the best rate.

On the other hand, DOR acts as a reference rate based on consensus, similar to LIBOR in the traditional world, built from contributions from trusted panelists like RockX. The TREE token, an ERC-20 born on Ethereum, is both utility and governance: it allows staking, fee payments to access DOR data, participation in protocol decisions, and rewards for accuracy in forecasts.

Following its Token Generation Event (TGE) on July 30, 2025, TREE was launched with great reach: today it is available on top-tier exchanges like Binance, OKX, Coinbase, Bybit, Kraken, and more, and activated its first utility through Pre-Deposit Vaults, which offer between 50% and 75% APR to those who stake, for a period of 30 days after the event.

In addition, relevant details of its tokenomics have been revealed: TREE has a total supply of one billion, with specific allocations for community rewards (20%), strategic investors (17.5%), team (12.5%), treasury (12.5%), community airdrop (10%), ecosystem fund (10%), key contributors (5%), partnerships with exchanges (3.75%), and liquidity provision (3%).

Together, Treehouse stands out as a fundamental infrastructure for the growth of structured financial products and fixed income within DeFi, promoting greater transparency, efficiency, and community governance.
