What Is "Vote to List"?
Binance introduced "Vote to List" in March 2025 as part of its community co-governance efforts. This mechanism allows users to help decide which tokens should be considered for listing on Binance Spot .
How It Works
Eligible Tokens: Initially limited to BNB Smart Chain (BSC) projects; future batches may include tokens from Binance Alpha .
Voting Period: The first round ran from March 19, 2025, 17:00 UTC, to March 26, 2025, 16:59 UTC .
Who Can Vote: Users must have a verified Binance account and maintain at least 0.01 BNB in their account during the entire voting window .
Voting Limits: Each user can vote for up to five projects, placing only one vote per project .
Where to Vote: Only votes submitted under the official Binance Square post are considered .
After the Vote: What Happens Next
Binance conducts a thorough due diligence review, including security, team background, tokenomics, and compliance checks .
Voting results are not binding—they serve as a reference only. Binance reserves the final say on what gets listed .
Results of the First "Vote to List" Round
Despite initially stating that two tokens would be selected, Binance ultimately listed four tokens:
1. Mubarak (MUBARAK)
2. CZ’s Dog (BROCCOLI714)
3. Tutorial (TUT)
4. Banana for Scale (BANANAS31)
These tokens began trading on March 27, 2025, with withdrawals opening on March 28, all paired with USDT and USDC .
Binance filtered out over 12,000 invalid votes before finalizing results, ensuring fair participation .
