According to PANews, the CME's 'FedWatch' tool indicates a 9.3% probability that the Federal Reserve will maintain its current interest rates in September, while there is a 90.7% likelihood of a 25 basis point rate cut. For October, the probability of keeping rates unchanged is 4.5%, with a cumulative 48.9% chance of a 25 basis point cut and a 46.5% chance of a 50 basis point reduction.
