According to PANews, an Ethereum developer known as 'Fede's Intern' has been arrested in Izmir, Turkey, on accusations of assisting others in the misuse of Ethereum. The developer stated in a post on X that authorities accused him of facilitating such activities. He denied any wrongdoing, emphasizing that he and his team are simply infrastructure builders and expressed his willingness to cooperate with the authorities.

During the detention, he shared updates intermittently, mentioning that he had been moved to a private room and was provided with food. He also claimed that arrangements were being made for him to leave Turkey for Europe on a private plane within hours.
