Human beings are destined to be completely surpassed and crushed by AI in terms of intellect, physical strength, and energy. In the face of AI, humans have no advantage whatsoever.
The only advantage humans have left is 'imagination' and 'creativity'.
Maintaining a completely independent thinking ability without relying on AI is the only weapon I can think of that allows humanity to compete with AI.
