It's almost time to sleep.

Today, let's briefly review the trading status of the day:

There were quite a few cryptocurrencies traded today, generally not distinguishing between altcoins and mainstream ones, but the most certain were still the mainstream: such as LTC, BNB, BCH, SOL, BTC, ETH.

Overall, today there was a slight loss. Originally, I was trading short-term, but I ended up wanting to trade long-term. This is about what should and shouldn't be done.

This morning when I woke up, I looked at the market, and the overall thought was still bullish. Initially, when I opened the position, there were some considerable profits, but I got too greedy, and I made the same mistake twice on the same cryptocurrency, which led to losing money and exiting later.

This gives me a lesson: that is, if the same cryptocurrency is operated on twice in a row without making money or even losing money, it indicates that this cryptocurrency is not meant for me, and I should decisively remove it from my watchlist.

Because too many experiences tell us that continuing to operate like this results in 90% of losses; sometimes, with a high mind, the losses can be even greater.

Let me review the process of this operation. I saw unusual movements in this cryptocurrency, and the chart showed signs of a rise, so I first tried a small position to test, made a profit, then increased my position, profited again, and in a very short time reached 2 times (contract multiplier) the income, but I didn't take timely profits or reduce my position, leading to a quick drop later.

Then I got stopped out at my set stop-loss level.

After that, I saw bullish signals and entered again, also with a small position first, then floating profit and increased the position again, and once again quickly reached more than double the floating profit, even creating a higher point than before, but still didn’t take profits or reduce my position. Instead, I thought to hold on, hold on, and hold on.

The following scenario was a slow decline until it hit my stop-loss level.

Such examples happen every day in the cryptocurrency world, but every day there are people who hold a short-term mindset while dreaming of long-term (holding) strategies. It's a sin, from Zuo, if I don't lose, who will lose?

Generally, such cryptocurrencies are those with strong operators pulling the market.

What I've learned today is: if there is floating profit and I didn't take profits on the increased position, when it returns to my cost line, no matter how uncomfortable it is, I should directly clear the position and leave, rather than harboring illusions of it rising again.

May we small investors all have our own stable compounding trading systems.
