What is smart inscription?

Smart inscriptions are on-chain instructions/protocols with content

It permanently stores text, images, audio or other forms of information on the blockchain in an encrypted manner, and gives this information dynamic and interactive attributes through smart contracts, which can be parsed and calculated on the chain.

For example, a smart inscription could be a digital artwork or game prop that records the creator’s copyright information and automatically pays royalties to the original author when the work/prop is resold.
