The cryptocurrency market is giving bullish signals: Ethereum (ETH) has surpassed the $4200 mark for the first time since 2021. This breakthrough has triggered a larger rally, lifting several major altcoins and meme coins, among which Hyperliquid (HYPE) has shown one of the most impressive performances.
In the last 24 hours, HYPE has risen nearly 7%, increasing its weekly gain to over 17%. More importantly, the current price structure shows signs of a repeating fractal pattern, which could provide valuable hints about its future movement.

A closer analysis of the daily charts of HYPE and Binance Coin (BNB) reveals a striking similarity. The current structure on the HYPE chart mirrors the pattern formed by BNB in mid-2019, just before the start of a significant correction phase.

In the case of BNB, the token demonstrated powerful growth, followed by a series of phase corrections. Key turning points appeared when the price dropped below the 25-day moving average (the orange line), followed by small bounces that then rolled back again.

It seems that HYPE is following the same technical trajectory.

After a significant rise at the beginning of this year, the token also experienced multi-stage pullbacks. The last bounce is occurring right in the 'yellow zone', equivalent to the place where BNB's movement in 2019 stopped before a larger drop. This parallel fuels speculation that HYPE may be approaching its own turning point.

What lies ahead for HYPE?
Although fractal models are not absolutely accurate, the similarity between HYPE's current trajectory and BNB's historical movement is hard to ignore. First and foremost, attention should be paid to the support level of the 25-day moving average at $42.34.

A decisive breakthrough of this level could strengthen the bearish fractal scenario, potentially paving the way for a deeper pullback to the middle of the $25 range. On the other hand, if HYPE holds this support and exceeds its recent historical high of $49.88, the fractal configuration will be invalidated, signaling a resumption of bullish momentum and the possibility of reaching new highs.
