1/2 cup 🍬 powdered sugar
1 tsp 🍦 vanilla extract
1/2 tsp 🌰 almond extract
2 cups 🌾 all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp 🧂 salt
1/2 cup 🌰 finely ground almonds
1/3 cup 🍓 raspberry jam
1/2 cup 🍬 powdered sugar (for dusting)
📝 Instructions
🧈 Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
🍦 Mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
🌾 In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and ground almonds.
🥣 Gradually add dry mixture to the wet until dough forms.
❄️ Chill dough for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
🍪 Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
