has emerged as the main beneficiary of capital rotation within the altcoin market.

According to Glassnode, the Hot Capital Ratio of the SOL/ETH pair, a measure of short-term capital movement, has decreased to an annual low of 0.045, representing a decline of 42% since April. The Hot Realized Cap metric shows which asset short-term speculators are favoring. With the ETH/SOL trading pair in a multi-month downtrend, the data indicates "a decreasing but notable rotation led by ETH," says Glassnode.

Another bullish signal for Ether is the ETH/BTC pair, which has also returned to multi-month highs, surpassing the 200-day exponential moving average for the first time in over two years. Ether's open interest (OI) recently reached an all-time high of 58 billion dollars. This increase in OI, along with Ethereum's record daily transaction count, reflects greater money inflow into the market and growing participation in the network.
