The two parties will jointly explore compliant pathways for tokenizing stocks on the blockchain, promoting the construction of a closed-loop system for stablecoins, and achieving the encryption and compliant circulation of global assets.

HabitTrade will provide BVCI with trading settlement infrastructure, global liquidity support, and financing strategies to help accelerate its Web3 business development. This cooperation marks an important step in the globalization strategy of both parties, promoting the compliant implementation and scaled application of stablecoins and on-chain financing in cross-border markets into a new phase.
