According to Hash Times, recent official news indicates that Huaxing Capital, as the only underwriter in Asia, has successfully assisted C1 Fund (CFND), the first closed-end fund focused on primary market investments in the Web3 industry, in its listing on the New York Stock Exchange. C1 Fund is a private investment company focused on Web3 and digital asset services, headquartered in Palo Alto, California. In this initial public offering (IPO), C1 Fund globally issued 6,000,000 shares, with an issue price set at $10 per share, raising approximately $60 million. The fund plans to invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity and equity-linked securities of companies primarily engaged in Web3 and digital asset services and technology, and aims to achieve its investment goals through a portfolio of investments in 30 digital asset service and technology companies designated by the fund.
