The foundation emphasizes: 'Privacy is normal, and writing code is not a crime.' Storm's legal team aims to raise $2 million for defense funds and has currently raised around $722,000. Storm's trial is scheduled for September 2025, and the case is seen as an important test for the rights of decentralized finance (DeFi) and open-source developers.
