AAVE Loop Loan: USDe + sUSDe APR has dropped to around 13%!
The big retreat came earlier than expected, and the on-chain price of sUSDe is now below the official Unstake price.
If you're ready to unwind the loop, the best way is: bridge funds from elsewhere, repay the borrowed USDT in one go, then convert all sUSDe back to USDe through the official 7-day Unstake, and finally swap to USDT.
Otherwise, you will either have to repeatedly swap and bear the sUSDe being below the official redemption price, or wait repeatedly for the 7-day sUSDe Unstake.
Currently, there is still a 13% APR, although it hasn't been positive yet, but the cost-effectiveness is very low. It is possible that next week the sUSDe APR could rise above 10%, or it could go lower.
Additionally, since the price of sSUDe is below the official redemption, the arbitrage opportunity has come again!
I’m very glad that I only participated in the loop loan after the PT-sSUDe expired; otherwise, it would have been quite uncomfortable.
