In his investor note, Hougan says this isn’t just another paper. It’s a complete reimagining of how financial markets should look in a digital era. Atkins envisions a future where everything — from stocks to dollars — lives on the blockchain. DeFi becomes the foundation, and the biggest players in finance are crypto-native platforms.
Based on this vision, Hougan highlights three key areas for smart investors:
