Another challenge is attacks via social media. Wilson says:
> "When I see posts criticizing our systems and claiming that withdrawals were wrongly blocked or that rewards were unfairly withdrawn, I feel tremendous pressure. Sometimes the complaints are incorrect, but on rare occasions, there may be an actual issue, so I make sure to investigate and act immediately. If the complaints are incorrect, we work with the public relations team to clarify the situation."
