Trump 说台积电要投资美国 3,000 亿美元 1. 台积电官方说的投资金额是 1,650 亿美元，Trump 先前说的金额是 2,000 亿美元。Trump 进一步将投资金额提高到 3,000 亿美元，像是为即将到来的半导体关税暖身，符合 Trump 自己说过的 “先提出一个极高的数字，再往下谈” 的做法。 2. 近期市场传言美台政府谈判关税时，Trump/美方要求台积电入股 Intel 49% 或追加投资 4,000 亿美元。然而，我的理解是，美台湾关税谈判并没有提到台积电。Trump 单方面提到台积电要投资美国 300 亿美元的发言，也算验证了我的观点 - 如果有需要，美国政府可以单方面发言或直接找台积电。 3. 如果上述市场传言为真，台积电总共要投资美国 5,650 亿美元，远高于 Trump 说的 3,000 亿美元，代表市场传言非事实。 4. 美国政府部分人士先前的确将台积电入股，作为振兴 Intel 的多种潜在方案之一，但随着美国政府越来越理解 Intel 实际上面临的挑战，以及现任 CEO 陈立武上台后，目前这样的声音已经显著减少了。$TRUMP
