How fast can the price limit be manually set, 100 times in a minute?

My account was unblocked today, after about a week and two appeals. The account was registered in the second half of last year. A simple analysis shows that, as my account name suggests, the limit orders were executed too quickly; when the sell orders partially filled, I opened more sell orders, which led to self-trading and was deemed a violation. I stopped trading for two days in between. Perhaps the situation was minor, and during the second appeal, customer service judged that there were no other violations, so they released it.
