Foresight News previously reported that, according to Sina Finance, Cao Cao Mobility today signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation on virtual assets with Hong Kong licensed financial institution Victory Securities. The two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation around three major areas: RWA tokenization, stablecoin payment applications, and compliant digital currency issuance.
