Wu said that Nasdaq-listed company Cosmos Health announced an agreement with U.S. institutional investors to secure up to $300 million in convertible note financing to support the launch of its ETH digital asset financial reserve strategy. The funds will primarily be used for the strategic accumulation, custody, and staking of ETH. According to the terms of the agreement, Cosmos Health is required to use at least 72.5% of the net proceeds from each financing round to establish its digital asset financial reserve.
