Promotion A: New User Exclusive - Enjoy 0 Fees on Your First Purchase via Mobile Money
During the Promotion Period, eligible new users* who confirm their participation can enjoy discounted transaction fees on their first crypto purchase of at least 15 USDT equivalent in a single transaction with Mobile Money on a first-come, first-served basis.
The discount will instantly and automatically apply to eligible users during their first eligible purchase. The value of the discount will be equivalent to the transaction fees incurred from the users’ first eligible crypto purchase.
Notes:
*New users are defined as participants who have never used Binance Fiat Deposit or the Buy Crypto feature prior to 2025-08-06 08:00 (UTC).
Eligible users can only enjoy the instant fee discount once, with the discount capped at 5 USDT per eligible user.
Promotion B: Win 1% Cashback in Rewards When Buying Crypto via Mobile Money
During the Promotion Period, the first 3,000 existing users* who confirm their participation and achieve an accumulative crypto purchase of at least 50 USDT equivalent with Mobile Money during the Promotion Period will receive a 1% cashback on their eligible accumulated purchases on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Existing users are defined as participants who have used Binance Fiat Deposit or the Buy Crypto with Card or Mobile Money feature prior to 2025-08-06 08:00 (UTC).
The cashback reward will be in the form of Buy Crypto Fee Vouchers, capped at 3 USDT per eligible user.
A Buy Crypto Fee Voucher is offered to Binance users to help offset the fees incurred when purchasing cryptocurrency on the Buy Crypto Page. This discount can be applied to any Buy Crypto channel fees within the voucher's valid time period.

Terms & Conditions:
Only eligible users whose certificates of residence or proof of address are in certain African countries, confirm their participation, and have completed account verification during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to join this Promotion.
This Promotion is only available for transactions in the following local currencies: SLE, TZS, UGX, USD, XAF, XOF, or ZMW, and is limited to users whose certificates of residence or proof of address are in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, DRC, Gabon, Cote d’ivoire, Republic of Congo, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zambia.
For Promotion A:
A total budget of 10,000 USDT equivalent is available for this promotion, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The minimum purchase criteria in a single transaction for each fiat currency are: 340 SLE, 37,793 TZS, 53,499 UGX, 15 USD, 8,507 XAF, 8,507 XOF, and 344 ZMW.
Zero fee is only applicable to eligible new users’ first eligible purchase via Mobile Money.
Any deposits with zero transaction fees will not count as the first transaction.
For Promotion B:
Only the first 3,000 existing users will receive the reward, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Buy Crypto Fee Vouchers will be distributed to eligible users within 3 weeks after the Promotion ends. Users will be able to log in and redeem the vouchers via Profile > Rewards Hub.

The Buy Crypto Fee Voucher from this Promotion can be used in multiple purchases, with the maximum discount fee amount capped at 3 USDT per user.
Users must update their Binance App to version 2.96.0 or above to use Buy Crypto Fee Voucher on the App.
