James Howells has ended his 12-year search for 8,000 Bitcoin ($923M) lost on a hard drive discarded in a 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Newport, Wales landfill, and he's now launching a Bitcoin L2 "backed" by the funds, claiming court-recognized ownership.
