Housewife in India Falls Victim to Fake Crypto Investment

A 54-year-old housewife in Hyderabad was deceived out of ₹1.6 crore in crypto investments through a fake site that promised capital returns from part-time work. The victim initially received small returns that lured her into larger investments, but ultimately only obtained ₹89,800 from 59 transactions. The cyber police are investigating the flow of funds involving 30 different bank accounts.
