Signs of the Altcoin Season Approaching
The first thing to pay attention to is the decline in Bitcoin's dominance. During such periods, the market capitalization share of BTC among all cryptocurrencies decreases. This indicates some weakening of Bitcoin and a strengthening of altcoins.
The second is that major cryptocurrencies, such as Ethereum or SOL, begin to show growth relative to BTC.
The third is the increase of the fear of missing out (FOMO). Investors see that altcoins are starting to rise significantly one after another. This triggers an increase in the average daily trading volumes of major cryptocurrencies (excluding BTC) on exchanges.
