The Trump administration wants to prohibit banks from refusing service for ideological reasons — for example, to conservatives, cryptocurrency companies, religious organizations, or small businesses. What will be proposed:
🔴 Checks from the Department of Justice and financial regulators for each such case.
🔴 Fines and investigations for discrimination.
🔴 Banks will be required to review their refusal policies.
🔴 Affected entrepreneurs will receive help from the Small Business Administration (SBA).
