WalletConnect V2 and Outlook
Several reports from Binance Square mention that WalletConnect is developing the V2 protocol: supporting multi-session, cross-chain, faster and more secure. Integration is being carried out to many chains such as Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Arbitrum, and Optimism. WCT is projected to be used for usage remuneration, governance, and premium access. WalletConnect is also increasingly favored by institutions such as banks and exchanges
