🇺🇸 An American company is creating a TON reserve of $558,000,000!
Verb Technology, a public tech company from the USA, announced the creation of a TON reserve with a total volume of up to $558 million.
This is being done to support its own Web3 products and integration with the Telegram ecosystem.
• The company will change its name to TON Strategy Co.
• More than 110 investors led by Kingsway Capital participated in the deal.
• The deal is expected to close on August 7, 2025.
