Deliveries of the second generation of crypto smartphones from Solana Mobile, a subsidiary of Solana Labs, will start on August 4. Along with the delivery of the Seeker device, the developers plan to launch the SKR token - the future native asset of the Solana Mobile ecosystem.
The Solana Seeker differs from other smartphones by integrating blockchain technology. The developers promise a "seamless" user experience when interacting with digital assets and decentralized applications (dApps) of the ecosystem. The device runs on Android, has a private key storage feature, a pre-installed crypto wallet, and a decentralized Web3 app store.
