Something that has always fascinated me is the tradition of red envelopes, or hongbao, in Chinese culture. Beyond the money they contain, they represent good wishes, prosperity, and positive energy. During the Lunar New Year, giving or receiving a red envelope is more than a material gesture: it is a symbolic connection. I like to think that each envelope is a small capsule of intention. Nowadays, there are even digital hongbao, which connect tradition with technology. I am inspired by how something so simple can maintain its cultural strength even in modern times. That is also value.
